We currently only offer online orders (soon to offer phone and mail), Qute Fashion is an online retailer and we believe that for our customers this is the safest way to shop with us. If you need assistance with ordering using our online store please contact our customer service on 0845 463 7715 or 0795 045 1811. Once you have placed your order we send you a confirmation e-mail. When the item(s) have been packaged and dispatched, we will send you an e-mail confirmation and possible delivery lead time, this will confirm that transaction between us is completed.

What is your returns policy?
We are happy to refund or exchange unworn item(s), please ensure that the tag is not removed. If you are not completely satisfied with any item, please return it within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. The first exchange will be free postage to UK only any further exchange will require customer to pay for postage. Please see returns policy

How do I return items?
Simply package it back into the postage bag, complete the returns form enclosed in your package and take it to the Post Office. You will have to pay for the postage for returns. The package is your responsibility until it reaches our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any loss or damage to the item(s) or boxes.
